Ingredients
- 1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cupchopped green onions
- 3 tablespoonswhite vinegar
- 1 tablespoonsesame oil
- 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise$
- 1 teaspoonsugar
- 1 teaspoongrated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoonswasabi paste
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonpepper
- 1(16-oz.) package shredded coleslaw mix$
- 3/4 cuplightly salted peanuts$
Preparation
