Deviled Egg Recipe

3 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped ( white and the yolk)
8 hard cooked eggs cut in half, take the yolk out and combine the yolk with chopped eggs
Reserve the egg halves to stuff with egg mixture
1/2 c of mayonnaise or suit to your tasting
4 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon
2 T of chopped fresh chives (optional)
1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese, ( can add more)
1 T of mustard or season to taste
Salt and pepper to taste. ( we used seasoning salt)
Mix all ingredients in bowl until you have the consistency you desire
Garnish with fresh chives, bacon, cheese, or paprika
